2032 2025 2016 Case Positive Negative Shell Inside Plated Aluminum For Coin Cell Button Battery Assembly Parts

This is a special 2032/2025/2016 button battery case, and its positive case is coated with aluminum. The electrolyte (especially the electrolyte in LiPF6) will form an AlF3 film with the aluminum layer, so that the battery can withstand higher voltage polarization (up to 5.5 V) , the thickness of AlF3 layer is within several angstroms, which allows electrons to pass through and prevents free Al3+from entering the electrolyte.
