Why VGCF carbon tubes added to the positive and negative active materials of Li-ion batteries?

 

1. Regardless of the positive or negative active material, there will be expansion and contraction problems. Generally, the negative electrode carbon material has a 20% expansion and contraction rate, while the positive electrode material like LFP has a 6% expansion yield.
