Double Workstation Glovebox Technical Description

 

1. Glovebox Function

Closed loop

The inert gas in the glove box is closed in a closed loop by the circulating fan and the purifier, continuously removing water and removing oxygen.

Automatic control regeneration

Dewatering and deoxidizing materials can be regenerated, and the regeneration process is controlled by the program.

Automatic cleaning 

The atmosphere in the glove box is replaced by an automatically controlled cleaning valve.

Box pressure control

The pressure inside the glove box is automatically controlled by the PLC. The working pressure can be set freely within +/- 10 mbar. The automatic protection is beyond +/- 12 mbar.

Vacuum pump automatic control

Vacuum pump requires automatic opening when the system needs it.

2. Main composition and basic configuration

Integrated with enclosed cabinet (with tilting operating surface and detachable safety glass front window), transition cabin, circulation purification unit, PLC control and touch screen operating system, vacuum system, display system, bracket, etc.

5Control system

Foot pedal: control the pressure of the box, easy to operate step-up and step-down

Display system: using Siemens PLC touch screen to display operating status, cabinet pressure, system records, etc.

6Vacuum system control

British EDWARDS vacuum pump, rotary vane pump, with oil mist filter, gas vibration control, can be started manually or through PLC, flow rate 12m3 / h, can vacuum the transition chamber, and maintain the tank pressure balance, vacuum pump limit vacuum ≤ 2x10 -1pa

7Water analyzer

Measuring range: 0 ~ 500ppm

The P2O5 sensor has a wide range of applications, especially for lithium battery manufacturing and metal organic users. It can be cleaned and reused, avoiding the problem of one pollution or scrapping.

8Oxygen analyzer

Measuring range: 0 ~ 1000ppm

The ZrO2 sensor avoids the problem that the fuel cell has a short life and cannot be exposed to the air.

9Organic solvent adsorber

Placed in the box, size: diameter 136mm, height 256mm, filled with 2kg of activated carbon, can quickly change materials, and does not destroy the high purity atmosphere.
