PTFE Condensed Liquid Binder for Li-ion Battery 

This product is an aqueous dispersion that concentrates the dispersion after polymerization of tetrafluoroethylene to a solid content of about 60% by weight of polytetrafluoroethylene and is stabilized with a non-ionic surfactant. It has outstanding heat resistance, cold resistance and abrasion resistance, as well as excellent electrical insulation, and is not affected by temperature and frequency. In addition, it has the characteristics of non-sticking, non-absorbent, non-burning, etc. It also optimizes the performance of battery and supercapacitor products. The slurry does not agglomerate, has good fluidity, stable quality, and better electrode forming effect, which is more conducive to production control. It is also suitable for the manufacture of high-quality nickel-hydrogen battery anodes and sintered batteries.
