This product is an aqueous dispersion that concentrates the dispersion after polymerization of tetrafluoroethylene to a solid content of about 60% by weight of polytetrafluoroethylene and is stabilized with a non-ionic surfactant. It has outstanding heat resistance, cold resistance and abrasion resistance, as well as excellent electrical insulation, and is not affected by temperature and frequency.
